Days for Girls is an international not for profit organisation dedicated to addressing challenges related to menstrual hygiene management in low-income and marginalised communities worldwide. The organisation focuses on providing sustainable solutions to ensure that women and girls have access to quality menstrual care, education, and resources.
Their primary initiative involves the creation and distribution of reusable menstrual hygiene kits and sexual reproduction education. These kits typically include washable and durable materials, such as cotton shields and moisture barriers, allowing women and girls to manage their menstruation in a hygienic and dignified manner. By providing these kits, Days for Girls aims to eliminate the barriers that menstruation can pose to education, work, and overall well-being

Our training delivers menstrual health education in the field, including a version for men and boys.
Support for Communities
All our wonderful DfG Pads are made in Rwanda by the local social enterprise. The aim is to establish a sustainable business that produces and sell Kits, and provides health education.
