G.S. MAYA II

On 28th November 2025, Days for Girls Musanze, with the generous support of Karan Petroleum Rwanda, successfully distributed 265 reusable sanitary pad kits to 265 girls at G.S Maya II. Alongside the distribution, the team conducted a comprehensive health and menstrual hygiene training for the same group of girls as well as 46 boys under the Men Who Know program.

Impact and Feedback

Both the students and the school administration expressed deep gratitude for this valuable support. They appreciated that Days for Girls thought about their wellbeing and educational comfort. The reusable pads will greatly help the girls manage their menstruation with dignity and confidence, allowing them to attend school comfortably and consistently.
