Days for Girls conducted a distribution of kits and menstrual health education session at E.P. Ninda School on 5 June 2026, with generous support from KARAN Petroleum.
A total of 110 reusable menstrual hygiene kits were distributed to vulnerable girls from economically disadvantaged families. The selected beneficiaries were from E.P Ninda most in need of support, many of whom face significant challenges in accessing menstrual hygiene products.
In addition to the kit distribution, the girls participated in a comprehensive health and menstrual hygiene education session. The students showed great interest and enthusiasm throughout the training, understood menstrual health, personal hygiene, and the proper use and care of the kits.
The beneficiaries expressed sincere appreciation for the support received, noting that the kits will help them manage their menstruation with greater dignity, confidence, and comfort while continuing their education without interruption.
The boys also participated in the “Men Who Know” program
The school administration also expressed gratitude to KARAN Petroleum and all partners involved in making the initiative possible. They commended the program for addressing an important need among vulnerable girls and for providing valuable health education that will have a lasting positive impact on the students' well-being and academic participation.
