The Days for Girls distribution was successfully done on 18th May 2026 at G.S Bumbogo, sponsored by Karan Petroleum.

We distributed 245 kits to girls, and 5 kits remained in the girls’ room at the school.

The students and the school administration appreciated Days for Girls Musanze for the continuous support. The school has many poor students, and some girls even leave school because of poverty. The girls were very happy to receive the long-lasting reusable pads and also the health education, which is very important for students.

During the session, students asked different questions about reproductive health. Some asked if a person who has not started periods can get pregnant. Others asked about the pain they experience during periods, and one student said she experiences periods three times in one month.

All the questions were answered, and students with serious health concerns were advised to visit a doctor for more help.

The activity was successful, and the students were thankful for the support and education they received.
